By using Lift, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Usage & Eligibility

Lift is a fitness tracking app intended for personal, non-commercial use.

It may be used by both adults and minors. Parents or guardians are responsible for use by minors.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Lift offers a recurring subscription to unlock premium features.

• Subscriptions are managed by Apple via your iCloud account.
• An optional 7-day free trial is available for annual plans.
• You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
• Cancellation stops renewal but does not refund past payments.

We do not offer refunds. Apple may issue refunds at their discretion via App Store support.
